Please start each day of this challenge with this meditation before going into your visualization. This meditation is designed to awaken your senses and help you to get the most out of your visualization practice.

Day 1: Sight
Welcome to day 1 of your 5 day challenge! Today's focus will be on the sense of sight. After listening to the daily meditation, please continue on the the story below.
I want you to listen to this story focusing specifically on SEEING the images that I am reading to you.
If other senses come to you during the visualization that's ok, you don't need to force them out. However for today the goal is seeing the picture!
If you can't see everything in the story that's ok. Please remember that visualization is a learned skill, just like anything else, you aren't going to be perfect at it right away. But if you keep flexing that muscle you will get better and better!

Day 2: Sound
Welcome to day 2 of your 5 day challenge! Today's focus will be on the sense of sound. After listening to the daily meditation, please continue on the the story below.
The visualization today is the same story as yesterday. This is done on purpose. I want you to be familiar with what is coming
I want you to continue focusing on what you are SEEING during the visualization, however now I also want you to incorporate what you are HEARING during the visualization.
If other senses come to you during the visualization that's ok, you don't need to force them out. However for today the goal is seeing & hearing the picture!

Day 3: Smell
Welcome to day 3 of your 5 day challenge!
Your halfway thorugh CONGRATULATIONS!
Today's focus will be on the sense of smell. After listening to the daily meditation, please continue on the the story below.
I want you to continue focusing on what you are SEEING & HEARING during the visualization, howevertoday I would like you to also incorporate the sense of SMELL!
If other senses come to you during the visualization that's ok, you don't need to force them out. However for today the goal is seeing, hearing , and smelling what you visualize!

Day 4: Taste
Welcome to day 4 of your 5 day challenge!
I have to say, that seeing how far you have all come in just a few days has truly warmed my heart.
I really hope that after our challenge has finished, you continue to build on the skills that you are learning here.

I want you to continue focusing on what you are SEEING, HEARING & SMELLING during the visualization, however today I would like you to also incorporate the sense of TASTE!
If other senses come to you during the visualization that's ok, you don't need to force them out. However for today the goal is seeing, hearing , smelling & tasting what you visualize!

Day 5: Touch
Welcome to the last of your 5 day visualization challenge!
I am so proud of each and every one of you. 💖
The last sense that we will be focusing on is the sense of touch! How does it feel...
After listening to the daily meditation, please continue on the the story below.
I want you to continue focusing on what you are SEEING, HEARING, SMELLING & TASTING during the visualization, however today I would like you to also incorporate the sense of TOUCH!
Keep incorporating all of your senses as you visualize!
Remember there may be certain senses that aren't as strong as others at first and that's ok. But just like you can train yourself in acting to access stronger emotions, you can train your mind to become a master at incorporating your senses into your visualizations!
