By accessing or using our services, including online auditions and TV screen acting coaching programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, purchasing, or using our Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Services.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Services Provided
Screen Acting School offers online coaching, audition preparation, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services without prior notice.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
- Fees: Payment for Services must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.
- Refunds: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to administrative fees. No refunds will be issued for sessions already delivered or missed by the user.
- Failed Payments: Access to Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests for sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, course content, and documentation provided by Screen Acting School, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any material without prior written consent.
8. Code of Conduct
Users agree to behave respectfully and professionally in all interactions with our instructors and other participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality coaching, we do not guarantee specific results, such as securing auditions or acting roles.
- Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Screen Acting School disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or governmental restrictions.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or failure to pay fees.
12. Governing Law
